It is worth remembering that for a healthy pet cat, it is quite usual for them to live for 16 to 20 years.

This means that a 3 to 5 year old cat is still very young and that even a cat who is 14 years or more, has plenty of life to live and love to give.

Dandelion is a stunning young tabby and white lad.

He has come into our care after being abandoned to a harsh life on the streets. He had been attacked by other cats but he is recovering well.

He is affectionate, friendly, and very sweet natured. He will make a wonderful family pet for one lucky home.

Sarita is a pretty fluffy black girl and Greg is a gorgeous big tabby boy.

They came into our care from different places, although they were both homeless. Since being in our care, they have become so closely bonded, that the are available as a pair.

Sarita is still cautious of hands on her, but Greg is a friendly and affectionate boy. Sarita will of course blossom in a home and follow Greg's lead.

Kiki and Coco are a gorgeous tabby and tuxedo brother and sister duo.

They have come into our care after sadly being given up by their previous owners.

They are sweet natured, affectionate young cats and they are used to family life. They are  suitable for wide variety of loving homes.

He has come into our care from a home where sadly he could no longer stay.

He is a lovely, very friendly lad, and he is waiting patiently for a fresh start in a home where he will be the only cat. He is best suited to a rural setting.

Korma and Komo are a gorgeous pair of glossy black brothers.

They have come into our care from a home, and they are very good with other cats.

These boys are sweet and friendly, playful and affectionate, and they are suitable for a variety of loving homes. They are alsochatty and nosy, which is to be expected due to their Siamese blood!

Kenzi is a gorgeous jet black lad and his sister Kali is a cute classic black and white girl.

They have come into our care from a home and they are sweet natured, friendly and affectionate youngsters. They are talkative and nosy little monkeys - which is typical of the Siamese in them!

Rufus is gorgeous big black lad.

This poor boy has come into our care after a life lived on town streets, and he was dirty, fearful, hungry and exhausted.

Now, after years of struggle, he is sleeping in a soft warm bed, eating regular tasty meals and sleeping without fear.

He is a timid boy, but he is calm and he is fine with other cats. He would like a kind and patient home where he will be safe and loved.

They have come into our care after living a harsh life as homeless cats.

They are rather timid, cautious girls but they are improving.

*** OUR LESS BOLD CATS ***

All of the following cats have been either born outside without human interaction, have been abandoned as kittens or have not received enough positive handling. Because of this, they are fearful of human intentions, take longer to gain trust and are at varying levels of timidity.

However, many years of experience has shown us that these cats will do well in a loving, quiet, indoor only home. The rewards are not instant when offering a home to a less bold cat, but watching them develop and change positively because of your love and care far outweighs the extra patience and understanding required to win them over.

Please read each post carefully, as they are not all the same.
